Three Things Worth Knowing Before You Book

Sick Pet Today?

Call 973-881-0430 during open hours and tell us what is going on. We work same-day sick visits into the schedule whenever we can. A same-day or urgent sick visit is priced a little higher than a routine appointment. We are a daytime practice, so for a true emergency when we are closed, go straight to a 24-hour hospital.

Already a Client? Use the Pet Portal

Existing clients can also request visits, ask for prescription refills, and see their pet's information through the Pet Portal at petportal.vet. The form on this page works for everyone, portal or no portal.

First Visit? You Are Welcome Here

New clients are welcome, and switching is simpler than it sounds. First-time clients hold their appointment with an $89 deposit, which is the price of the office visit itself, so it goes toward your bill, and it is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. The New Clients page walks you through your first visit, records, and what to bring.

What Happens After You Hit Send

01

Your request comes to the front desk

The form goes straight to the hospital, with your pet's name and the reason for the visit.

02

We call you back to schedule

Someone from the hospital calls to set a time that fits your week. Nothing is confirmed until you pick it.

03

Your pet gets one record here

From the first visit, everything goes into one chart, so the team that sees your pet next time already knows the history.

Send the Request and Consider It Handled

We will call you back to set the time. New clients welcome.
