What are Blue Cross Dog & Cat Hospital's hours? Monday and Tuesday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Sunday closed. We are closed two Saturdays a month, so call ahead to confirm a Saturday.

Blue Cross is open six days a week, and during those hours we see sick pets the same day whenever the schedule allows. We are a daytime hospital, and we will never pretend otherwise. When we are closed and your pet cannot wait, go straight to a 24-hour emergency hospital:

  • Delta Veterinary Hospital in Wayne, open 24 hours, 862-832-2710
  • VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) in Clifton, a second 24/7 option

Afterward, ask them to send us the records. Everything goes into your pet's one chart here, so your regular team knows exactly what happened.
